ROADMAP

The “Roadmap” should be regarded as a guide only to the direction of our plans. Circumstances and demands change constantly so there are no guarantees that an item in the roadmap will eventually make it to production.

High priority items are being actively worked on and should be resolved within a week or two.

FEATURE: Add a setting to prevent users from overbooking capacity. Status: In Progress

FEATURE: Add a dropdown to jobs to allow selection of child seats. Status: In Progress

FEATURE: Add a function for a driver to send an “I’m here” SMS to pickups

FEATURE: In app notifications to drivers when a job drops into the schedule within, say, 30 minutes of the current time.

Medium priority items have been evaluated, assigned for completion and are waiting for resources to be available. These are usually completed in 4 to 6 weeks.

BUG: Maps don’t reload after switching from run detail view to address lookup view

Items “Being Evaluated” are currently being assessed for practicality, workload, number of users impacted and benefits to the product. Evaluation usually takes about a month. Evaluation can result in escalation to “Medium Priority” or “Failed Evaluation”.
